Eileen McDonald Biography
Eileen McDonald is a Wellbeing/Resilient Strategist, Board Certified Coach, and Biofeedback Trainer. Utilizing 30 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse; she has developed a unique process which allows her clients to understand their response to stressors and become more resilient.
Eileen combines methodologies from neuroscience, behavioral physiology, respiratory psychophysiology, conversational intelligence, and asset-based techniques to maximizes her clients personal and professional highest potential.
This system helps clients improve personal resiliency by aligning physical awareness and mental performance to empower them to reach their highest potential. Being resilient allows us to be more adaptable, confident and function at our best. Allowing us to life a life of health, wealth, joy, well-being, and fulfillment both personally and professionally.
In 2009, she Co-Founded Axeos Performance Institute LLC. Axeos coached and trained several hundred executives through our Executive Training Program. Axeos provided solutions that empowered individuals to function at their best. Combining science and expertise to assess the body’s response to stress, Eileen educated and trained high performers on how to identify behaviors and characteristics that inhibit peak performance.
In 2016, Eileen and her business partner were awarded 2 patents that secure the intellectual property of unique combination of techniques and technologies used to assess stress markers in the body and boost cognitive performance.
She is currently in private practice coaching individuals on her wellbeing and resiliency techniques which have become vital for navigating today’s multi-challenging hectic world.
