About the Event
Rhythm and vibrations instantly grounds our heart, mind, and our spirit with our bodies.
Humming, and drumming offers a sense of unity through rhythmic movement and flow. It allows us to regenerate our rhythmic connections with nature, one another, and ourselves.
Bring your hum, your drum, your voice, yourself; as we explore rhythmic expressions to minimize the building of walls or acting according to some self-created checklist.
Vulnerability is the birthplace of love. It is not a sign of weakness. It is having the courage to show up and be seen when you have no control over the outcome.
“Learning to move and give voice (rhythmically), and the strengthened emotional bonds with this sort of behavior, were critical prerequisites for the emergence of humanity.” (Historian - William H. McNeil)
